Caregivers are searching.
Your jobs aren't there.
So you stop turning away private-pay families because a shift is uncovered — with no new website, no ad spend, and AxisCare or WellSky exactly where it is. The mechanism: one indexable page per role carrying valid JobPosting markup, live in Google's job panel within 48 hours. Then the AI Recruiter turns a 28-hour reply into 28 minutes, and the rest of the front office follows.
Or check first — the box fetches your careers page and tells you whether Google can see a single one of your roles.
Private-pay agencies only. Medicaid-heavy margins can't carry $497 a month, and after a fourth consecutive round of rate cuts we don't think they should try. We'll tell you on the call rather than take the money.

You aren't losing caregivers to pay.
You're losing them to the agency they found first.
A CNA opens Google and types “caregiver jobs near me”. Google answers with a job panel — a stack of listings built from structured data on employers' own websites. If your careers page doesn't carry that markup, you are not in the stack. Not ranked low. Absent.
So the applications go to the franchise down the road, you post to Indeed to make up the shortfall, and you pay per applicant for traffic you could have had for free. Then the applications you do get sit for a day before anyone replies — and by then they've accepted somewhere else.

The bill arrives on the client side. Every caregiver you can't hire is a private-pay case you have to turn down — at $28–$35 an hour, a single refused 40-hour client is more than a year of the engine that would have found you the caregiver.
1,114 caregiver jobs in the panel.
None from the agencies we audited.
We audited five private-pay home care agencies in Houston against Google's Rich Results Test. Five of five had zero JobPosting schema on their careers pages — so not one of their open roles can appear in that panel. The listings caregivers do see are dominated by national brands — Home Instead and Visiting Angels — not because they market harder, but because their job pages carry markup the independents don't.

Houston is the proof, not the market. We ran the first audits there because it is the largest private-pay metro in Texas. The finding held on every agency we checked, and it holds in every city we've spot-checked since — which is why we're opening the next metros rather than staying put.

One URL per role
Day 1
/careers/caregiver-cna-houston-txEvery open position becomes its own indexable page — title, pay range, shift, location, requirements. A single careers page with three headings can only ever be one listing to Google.
JobPosting markup
Day 1–2
"@type": "JobPosting", "validThrough": "…", "baseSalary": { … }The structured data Google's job panel is actually built from — with datePosted, hiringOrganization, jobLocation and validThrough. We prove it with the Rich Results Test before we call it done.
Indexed and kept fresh
Ongoing
Sitemap updated · Indexing API pinged · validThrough rolled dailyA role that opens on Tuesday is indexed on Tuesday. A role you fill comes down the same day. Stale dates are the most common reason a listing that once worked quietly stops.
Measured on applicants
Monthly
Applications received · time-to-first-contact · roles live in panelNot impressions. Google's own Search Console has been under-reporting job listing data since April 2026, so we report what we can verify: applications, response time, and whether each role is live.
You can check our work yourself. Paste any of your job URLs into Google's Rich Results Test. Either it reports a valid JobPosting or it doesn't — there is no interpretation involved, which is exactly why we're willing to guarantee it.
Visibility gets the application.
Speed decides who hires them.
When we audit an agency we ask permission to apply as a candidate, then report back one number: how long it took a human to reach us. It is usually measured in days, and it is almost never the office manager's fault — they were on a client call when the application landed.
Caregivers apply to five agencies in one sitting. The first to reply gets the interview; the rest get a polite no or nothing at all. The AI Recruiter closes that gap: replies in minutes, screens against your requirements, books the interview, and keeps nudging until the first shift is worked.
With your permission, always. We never mystery-shop an agency that hasn't agreed to it.

Hire one AI Employee. Add the next when the bottleneck moves.
An AI Employee is one job function, run by AI, deployed into the operation you already have and accountable for one number. You don't buy a platform and hope your team adopts it — you hire a function and hold it to an outcome. Most agencies start with visibility, because there is no point answering applicants faster when nobody can find the job.
AI Job Publisher
Gets every open role into Google's job panel and keeps it there
- One indexable URL per role — not one careers page with sections
- JobPosting schema with validThrough, datePosted, hiringOrganization and pay
- Sitemap and Indexing API pinged the moment a role opens or closes
- validThrough refreshed daily so Google never drops the listing as stale
AI Recruiter
Answers every applicant in minutes, not days
- Replies to a new application within minutes, 24/7, by SMS and email
- Screens against your requirements — certification, hours, radius, transport

AI Receptionist
Answers the phone when your office is closed
- Answers after-hours and overflow calls in English and Spanish

- Escalates urgent care issues to the on-call phone immediately
AI Scheduler
Covers the shift before you know it is uncovered
- Detects call-outs and messages qualified caregivers for coverage
- Confirms, reschedules and writes back into AxisCare, WellSky or your EVV
- Flags overtime and compliance risk before it lands on payroll
AI Review Engine
Builds the employer reputation caregivers check before applying
- Asks working caregivers and family clients for reviews on Google and Indeed
- Routes an unhappy reply to you before it becomes a public one-star
- Drafts a response to every review in your voice
A custom AI Employee
Whatever eats your office manager's week
Authorization chasing, care-plan paperwork, referral follow-up with hospitals and case managers, EVV exception clean-up, family status updates. If it's repetitive, rule-bound and currently done by a person at 11pm, bring it to the consult and we'll scope whether it should be an AI Employee.

Most agencies start with the Visibility Engine, because it's the cheapest way to prove the whole premise. Nothing here requires you to buy the top of the ladder to get value from the bottom of it.

Onboarding takes about 30 minutes of your time: your three current openings, access to your careers page, and your Indeed and Google Business Profile logins. We do the rest and show you the Rich Results Test when it's live.
Your roles pass Google's Rich Results Test within 7 days — or we work free until they do and refund your first month.
And it keeps applying: if we let your listings go stale — expired validThrough, a filled role still live, a new opening not published — the next month is waived.
What we will never guarantee: hires. We don't set your pay rate, run your interviews or control your local labour market. Anyone promising you a number of caregivers is either guessing or planning to blame you when it misses. We guarantee the things we control — visible, valid, fresh — and we put them in the agreement.
One agency per zip code — when yours is taken, it's taken.
